Not much new going on around here. Brooklyn is on the verge of taking off on 2 legs, instead of 4. She is becoming quite the cheeseball for taking pictures. She is a happy and (knock on wood) healthy little girl. Lately, she has gotten lots of quality time with Grandmas and Grandpas, while Mom and Dad attempt to go back to school for their Master's degrees.

Brooklyn's first trip on the boat. The day didn't go quite as well as we hoped, but it was still fun to get on the water.

We went to Indianapolis over the 4th of July. Brooklyn did surprisingly well on her first airplane ride. We spent the vacation with Laura's family having fun and getting talked into doing some crazy activities (it was pretty tough to talk us into them!). I've never had a coyote hunting experience quite like that! We are looking forward to next time we visit.

A homemade 150 foot slip-and-slide was one of the crazy activities. A few of us had some grass burns to show off. Jared and Laura downtown Indy.

We rented a party bus to go downtown Indianapolis. We might not have looked quite as good when we got back?

We traveled to Gardner, Kansas for Kyle (cousin of Nick) and Jobeth's wedding this past weekend. The drive was pretty long, but it was a fun weekend.
